Job Title: Sr Coordinator Data Proc Spt/ Acting Capacity Team Leader

Job Description

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Supervises Unisys associates in day-to-day operations
• Receives instructions from the PSA Outlet Supervisor and relays these to the team

• Provides weekly status reports to the Regional Operations Lead or Central Operations Lead
• Provides ad hoc reports as the need arises
• First point of escalation for issues
• Performs onsite KPI monitoring and reporting
• Manages inventory of consumables and common supplies
• Prepares Timesheets as input to payroll
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the ROL/COL for business needs

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• At least with high school diploma. Recent Senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with 0 - +3 years experience in customer service and data entry.
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
