Maintenance/Welder – Night Shift

What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs to support continuous plant operations
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues to identify maintenance needs
  • Safely operate welding tools, cutting torches, and mechanical repair equipment during night-shift hours
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime
  • Collaborate with team members and follow all safety and operational procedures

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding with accuracy and in compliance with safety standards
  • Capability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and conveyor systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on night shift
  • Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings, weld symbols, and equipment manuals
  • Commitment to safety and consistent, reliable performance in an industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
