Job Description

The In-house Agency Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for creative work and represents the in-house creative agency to our Group business marketing and business stakeholders.

This role blends agency-style account management with program management. The Account Manager partners closely with stakeholders to shape work from intake through delivery, translating business needs into clear creative direction and ensuring high-quality execution across all paid and owned channels, including social, email, video, etc. The role requires strong client-facing skills, comfort working with senior leaders, and a solid understanding of how creative work is produced across channels. Success is driven by influence, clarity, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing lead for Group business creative initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and act as a strategic partner
  • Lead intake, briefing, and ongoing communication for enterprise work
  • Ensure expectations, scope, and timelines are clearly defined and aligned
  • Own creative projects from intake through delivery, partnering with project managers, channel leads and creative leads
  • Coordinate work across internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
  • Balance multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and momentum
  • Collaborate closely with partners across Enterprise Marketing, including Integrated Marketing Managers, to support enterprise initiatives

Skills and Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in account management, program management, or a related client-facing role
  • Experience working in an agency or in-house creative environment
  • Strong understanding of creative production across all channels
  • Comfort partnering with senior leaders and facilitating complex conversations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance collaboration with decisiveness

Location

  • This role is Hybrid with 3 days a week in our Hudson Yards NY location

Salary Range:

$103,450.00 - $169,960.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
