What we’re looking for: 

Nexamp is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Business Processes. Nexamp's engineering capacity is expanding faster than our product pipeline can feed it — and critical business processes still live in spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and manual handoffs. This role exists to close that gap: partnering with department leaders to extract, document, and prioritize requirements for net-new tools that replace fragile workarounds with real software. As AI-powered development tools lower the barrier to building, this person ensures that energy gets directed productively — unlocking speed without creating shadow IT risk. 

You will be hybrid out of our Boston, MA office. You will report to the VP, Product Management.
