A Day in the Life

Develop and scale integrated customer journey programs across Medical Surgical that address unmet patient and hospital needs, connect relevant specialties and therapies, and deliver measurable commercial growth. The role translates gaps in diagnosis, referral, treatment and follow-up into practical programs that hospitals can implement. It combines customer insight, cross-business collaboration and coordinated engagement across face-to-face, digital and remote channels.

This role sits within TURMECA Customer and Channel marketing organization and focuses on building integrated customer journey programs that connect multiple therapies and capabilities around shared patient and hospital needs. The position partners closely with Operating Unit Marketing, Commercial Teams, training and education, Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), Digital Marketing to develop scalable customer engagement programs across the region.

The role can be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Istanbul, Türkiye, with a Flex work arrangement. Travel across the TURMECA region is expected approximately 20-30% of the time.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Identify customer needs, care pathway gaps and barriers to diagnosis, referral, treatment and follow-up across targeted hospital environments.
• Map healthcare professional and patient journeys to define priority opportunities for integrated Medical Surgical programs.
• Develop cross-therapy customer value propositions addressing shared patient, clinical and hospital needs.
• Lead the design and execution of omnichannel engagement strategies across field interactions, education programs, digital channels, webinars and customer communications.
• Create scalable playbooks, journey maps, customer presentations and activation materials for regional deployment.
• Track program performance, customer engagement, pathway activation, opportunity progression and commercial impact, recommending improvements based on results.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in Medical surgical and healthcare marketing, customer strategy, omnichannel marketing or commercial program development.
• Experience developing and implementing integrated customer engagement or growth programs within healthcare, medical technology or related industries.
• Experience designing coordinated customer engagement journeys across field, digital and remote channels.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders across multiple business units, markets or countries without direct reporting authority.
• Fluency in English.
