About the role
The work:
The Solutions Engineer will plan, coordinate, and deliver complex technical integrations across enterprise environments, ensuring seamless connectivity between legacy platforms and modern identity, authentication, and data‑driven systems. This role partners closely with system owners, application teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and drive integrations through the full lifecycle—from design through deployment and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in identity and access management (IAM), hands‑on experience with Okta and Azure Active Directory, and strong capability in SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and API‑based integrations across hybrid architectures.
Here's what you need:
- 5+ years of experience in system integration, IAM engineering, or solutions engineering roles.
- Hands‑on experience with Okta and Azure Active Directory in complex, multi‑agency or multi‑tenant environments.
- Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, and API‑based authentication and provisioning patterns.
- Experience supporting legacy‑to‑modern system transitions (ERP, IAM, or similar).
- Proven ability to translate technical and business requirements into integration specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across authentication, connectivity, and hybrid architectures.
- Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams (IT, security, compliance, and business owners)
- US Citizenship required.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
