Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations.

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:

Specialist Finance  in Debt collection team

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Payment clearing on customer accounts;

• Balance sheet account monitoring;

• Serving customer (internal and external) queries related to gift cards;

• Produce error-free accounting reports;

• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency;

• Period closing related tasks;

• Assist with internal and external audits;

• Participate in improvement projects.

• Degree in accounting or related field;

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• Fluency in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;

• Experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);

• Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality;

• Self-motivated mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
