Role Responsibilities:

    • Support consultants in equipment selection and technical evaluations.
  • Project & Tender Management

    • Manage projects from opportunity identification through order closure.
    • Coordinate tender submissions, quotations, and commercial proposals.
    • Develop competitive pricing strategies while protecting profitability.
    • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions with customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned customers and accounts.
    • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions.
    • Handle customer concerns and coordinate internal support where necessary.
    • Strengthen long-term customer loyalty and market presence.
  • Internal Coordination

    • Work closely with application engineering, service, operations, finance, and management teams.
    • Ensure smooth project handover after order receipt.
    • Support collection activities and monitor customer credit exposure when required

Role Purpose:

  • The Deputy Sales Manager is responsible for developing and securing sales opportunities for Carrier's commercial HVAC solutions, including chillers, chilled water AHUs, and FCUs, within the commercial and industrial market. The role focuses on business development, project specification, tender management, contractor engagement, consultant relationship management, and order conversion. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, developers, M&E contractors, end users, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and strengthen Carrier's market position.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in commercial HVAC, building services, M&E contracting, or related industries.
  • Good understanding of commercial HVAC systems and applications.
  • Proven track record in project sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to engage consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
