ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Program Coordinator, you are the pulse of Peloton’s programming innovation. You will bridge the gap between emerging industry trends and world-class content execution. By blending analytical research with creative strategy, you’ll ensure our fitness catalog remains cutting-edge, structured, and ahead of the curve.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Conduct deep-dive competitive research—both virtually and IRL—to identify the next big thing in fitness. You’ll translate these findings into monthly high-impact reports and actionable insights for leadership
- Evaluate and pitch new class formats for programming development. You’ll act as a foundational architect for new content, drafting initial guidelines and collaborating with Fitness Training Specialists to bring fresh modalities to life
- Own and evolve the Peloton Production Manual. You’ll ensure all programming documentation is precise, intuitive, and aligned with company goals, providing the essential roadmap our Instructors and Producers need to succeed
- Serve as a fitness subject matter expert across teams. From onboarding instructors to identifying wellness experts for strategic partnerships, you’ll ensure our programming is supported by industry-leading expertise
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 3+ years in fitness programming, group fitness instruction, or a closely related field. A Bachelor’s degree is required
- A deep-seated passion for the industry. While a NASM (or equivalent) certification is preferred, your ability to spot emerging trends and innovate is what truly sets you apart
- Proven experience in conducting research and distilling complex data into clear, professional reports and presentations
- A high level of attention to detail, specifically regarding documentation and process management
- The ability to present ideas persuasively and make new technical processes feel approachable and effective for diverse teams

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
