A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic at an exciting time of transformation as we enhance the Diabetes customer journey and prepare to transition the Diabetes business into an independent company, MiniMed This role offers a unique opportunity to own process compliance and business continuity for international Order Management operations, ensuring high service levels, strong governance, and operational resilience. As part of the Service Excellence team, you will directly contribute to improving customer experience, safeguarding quality, and enabling sustainable business growth across markets.

The role sits within the Diabetes Customer Service and Supply Chain organization and operates in a highly international setting. You will work in a hybrid model, with your office location based at the Center of Expertise in Warsaw, collaborating closely with global stakeholders to support standardized processes, audits, and continuity planning across regions.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Ensure process documentation across order‑to‑delivery and invoicing processes is accurate, complete, and maintained to quality standards
  • Own, create, review, and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures), work instructions, and related quality documentation for B2B and B2C processes
  • Establish and monitor process controls and KPIs to drive consistent execution and compliance
  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation readiness and managing findings through closure
  • Develop, maintain, and test business continuity and recovery plans for critical Order Management activities
  • Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of disruptive events

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in process quality and compliance within order management environments
  • Strong understanding of OTD&I processes across B2B and B2C business models
  • Proven ability to influence, communicate, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy, organization, and reliability
  • Fluency in English

Experience with SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems ECC or S/4HANA , CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or ICE, exposure to Agile project management (Scrum), or background in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 152,320.00 PLN - 228,480.00 PLN | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
