8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven expertise in digital onboarding journeys.
Strong understanding of mobile app journey design, particularly within onboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products.
Ability to map and optimize customer journeys for end-to-end digital experiences, from account setup to servicing.
Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery teams, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and coordinating with UX/UI designers and product owners.
Skilled in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Experience collaborating across multiple regions and teams, with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
Prior exposure to banking or wealth management platforms preferred.
