Location Overview
Join our team in Amanoi. Claiming a spectacular stretch of Vietnam’s coastline within the verdant embrace of Nui Chua National Park and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Amanoi is a natural paradise overlooking Vinh Hy Bay. Role

The Spa receptionist is responsible for ensuring that all spa reception responsibilities are carried out to provide guests with quality service. Ensure that spa service preparation and departmental operations align with the standards outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual. The spa receptionist will also oversee all reservations, payment procedures, and tracking processes established for the spa facilities as required.


Responsibilities

Maintain consistently high service standards for all Aman Spa guests.

Provide warm, professional, and personalized welcome and farewell experiences.

Manage spa reservations and scheduling to maximize treatment room and therapist occupancy.

Ensure spa reception and all spa areas are clean, well-presented, and prepared according to Aman standards.

Handle cashiering, payment procedures, and maintain accurate records.

Possess strong knowledge of spa treatments, retail products, and wellness services to recommend appropriately.

Promote spa treatments and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Comply with all Amanoi policies, procedures, grooming standards, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Spa Reception, Front Office, or luxury hospitality environment.

Experience in luxury resorts or wellness environments is preferred.

Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.

Professional grooming and appearance aligned with ultra-luxury standards.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
