Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Alumni Relations and Communications Specialist executes and enhances the firm’s global alumni program in alignment with broader business, marketing and talent objectives. This position partners closely with the Global Director of Alumni Relations to translate alumni strategy into integrated marketing and engagement initiatives that strengthen long-term relationships, support business development efforts and reinforce the firm’s brand. The Alumni Relations Specialist collaborates with a global team to manage multi-channel campaigns, oversee alumni data integrity and reporting, and support engagement efforts that enhance connectivity, increase visibility, and contribute to measurable program and business impact.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of alumni marketing and engagement programs aligned with firm business objectives
Manage multi-channel alumni marketing tactics across digital platforms, including email, social media, web, and Alumni Connect
Serve as primary steward of alumni data integrity across platforms, establishing governance standards and improving data hygiene and reporting reliability
Develop dashboards and reports to measure program impact and support leadership reporting and strategic planning efforts
Collaborate with a global team to support the promotion and execution of alumni events and webinars, maintain content calendars, and enhance alumni visibility initiatives
Develop scalable processes, templates and best practices to strengthen the overall alumni program
Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least five (5) years of related experience in alumni relations, marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and managing multi-channel communications
Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, content management systems and social media tools
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

Target Hiring Range $83,000 - $115,000
Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWS provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
