Job Summary**

Lead the successful implementation of PTC solutions for strategic clients in Korea, driving digital transformation and maximizing business value through expert consulting, technical guidance, and project leadership.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of complex PTC software solutions for key customers, from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
* Act as the primary technical and functional consultant, providing expert guidance and best practices to clients on solution architecture, configuration, integration, and adoption.
* Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and PTC product capabilities.
* Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops for client teams, fostering self-sufficiency and optimal solution utilization.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and value realization within client organizations, leveraging PTC technologies to drive measurable business outcomes.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, escalating issues and risks as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
* Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the PTC consulting organization.
* Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and technical expertise.
* Stay current with PTC product advancements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to maintain a high level of expertise.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation consulting, with a significant focus on PLM, CAD or ALM solutions.
* Demonstrated expertise in implementing PTC products (e.g., Windchill, Creo) is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product development lifecycles, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage client expectations, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Experience with integration technologies (e.g., web services, APIs) and database systems.
* Ability to travel frequently to client sites within Korea and occasionally internationally as required.
* Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
