Función general del puesto:
El Supervisor de Servicio al Cliente actuará en Tlalnepantla siendo responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar los procesos relacionados al departamento de Servicio al Cliente, desde controle de pedidos, temas de facturación y controles SOX, asegurando el acuerdo con políticas y guías de la empresa, elaboración de reportes, seguimiento de indicadores e identificando oportunidades de mejora continua y actividades de controles y soporte a areas afines para garantizar el mantenimiento de los clientes y materiales a nivel de ventas planeados.
Roles y responsabilidades:
Responsable de establecer los procesos de Control de Pedidos y Facturación de acuerdo con las políticas y guías de la compañía, identificando mejores prácticas para cumplir con estándares de Seguridad, Control Interno y Servicio a Clientes a nivel nacional.
Identifica oportunidades de mejora en la administración y Servicio al Cliente.
Soporta los proyectos para obtener mejores resultados en el CCD.
Administración de facturación y notas de crédito del negocio, además de controles SOX.
Responsable por garantizar que todos pedidos, facturación y reportes estén configurados de forma correcta y se presenten a través del sistema SAP y herramientas de la empresa que se necesiten.
Proporciona soporte técnico y funcional a los usuarios de ventas en el negocio de pinturas.
Participa en el cumplimiento de Políticas de Calidad y desarrolla acciones preventivas y aplica soluciones cuando tengan desviaciones, certificandose de mantener los patrones de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente.
Coordinar con el área de distribuición envios o devoluciones de centros de servicio de traspasos.
Perfil Ideal del puesto:
Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas o carreras afines.
Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en control administrativo y manejo de sistemas en industrias o empresas de manufactura.
Experiencia con Servicio a Clientes y Control Administrativo de Ventas.
Conocimiento en SAP.
Habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y enfoque al cliente.
Inglés avanzado (fluidez lectora, auditiva y oral).
