Ensure that the Sanofi legal entity structure is kept in accordance to business needs and legal requirements
Ensure appropriate corporate governance standards
Ensure timely implementation of complex French company/corporate law restructuring transactions, multi-jurisdiction restructuring transactions and support of M&A transactions

Key responsibilities:
Analyzing, advising on, drafting documentation on complex French company/corporate law restructuring transactions and multi-jurisdiction restructuring transactions
Providing advice and information on company/corporate law and governance questions
Providing advice, setting up, managing of legal entities with all sorts of legal forms, Joint Ventures, associations, etc.
Supporting M&A activities and transactions
Coordinating legal advice/documents with all concerned stakeholders from all concerned functions at global and local level
Supervising/managing company/corporate legal work (annual compliance, standard transactions)
About you
Education:
French law degree, Master 2 in Business Law
Expected background:
Professional experience with at least 2 - 3 years company/corporate law, legal restructuring
Experience in company/corporate law, corporate governance, legal restructuring
Good understanding of accounting, tax, treasury topics related to legal restructuring transactions
Good business sense and acumen
Key skills:
Very good communication skills especially in a multi-cultural, global, and complex matrix environment
Strong team spirit, interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to synthesize complex information
Thoughtful risk-taking approach/mindset
Solution-oriented
Can operate in ambiguous and undefined areas and bring clarity and direction
Can handle and easily bounce back from setbacks, stays focused and composed in stressful situations, maintains a positive attitude during troubling circumstances
High energy, tenacity and patience
Ability to work with Office 365 environment and with other digital tools and databases
Fluency in French and English is mandatory

The salary range for this position is :€54 400,00 - €72 533Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
