Become an integral part of our team, reporting to the Global IT Director who leads IT Security initiatives. In this specialist role, you’ll share responsibility with your colleagues for implementing and upholding essential security measures across our organization.

Lead with purpose: together with our team you manage and drive the FHCS IT security and enhance global cyber security posture to the next level

Shape the future: You evaluate emerging Technolgies together with our security operation center to drive our cyber security resilient forward.

Be a trusted advisor: You engage and consult with Key stakeholders in our multi-international team and your peers in Freudenberg Group

Enable continuous improvement: You consult on IT security and compliance initiatives, ensuring risk mitigation and optimization across FHCS operations.

Make an impact with insights: You monitor and analyze key security and compliance KPIs to ensure ongoing adherence to internal and external standards.

Standardize response excellence: You define, document, and improve incident response policies, workflows, and playbooks to ensure standardized, effective, and compliant handling in line with regulatory and business needs.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field—along with a passion for IT security and innovation.
Profound professional experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT security. Familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack is a plus.

Analytical mindset, Collaborative Spirit and talent for stakeholder management round up the profile

Knowledge of project management methods and first experience is desirable.
Strong communication skills paired with business-fluent English. German language skills are a welcome bonus.
