JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Parking Assignments - Work closely with Human Resources and Protective Services to assign new employee parking and make changes to existing employee assignments. Maintain up to date information and manage handicap parking for those employees approved for such.
Payroll Administration - Perform the duties of payroll administration for the entire department.
Employee Communications Council Participate in Employee Communications Council.
Parking Violations - Prepare and bundle all parking violation appeals for review by the Violation Appeals Committee. Respond to employees submitting violation appeals and inform them of the outcome of their appeal.
Parking Supplies - Administer the purchase order and check request process for all parking related matters. Maintain sufficient quantities of office supplies for the office.
