Summary:
The Brand Assets Manager (BAM or DAM Librarian) plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accessibility of Colgate-Palmolive's digital assets. As a key member of the BAM team, this individual will be responsible for reviewing, curating, organizing, and publishing digital assets within CP's Digital Asset Management (DAM) system (Bynder DAM). This includes meticulous metadata tagging, final and working files review, collaborating with internal and external partners, and ensuring the overall quality and accuracy of the asset library.
Fixed Term Contract- 6 Months
Role Requirements:
- Work within our suite of Digital Asset Management tools (Bynder) to ensure all finished assets are curated with complete and accurate metadata.
- Oversee quality control measures and share responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of the asset library.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of metadata principles, its purpose, and best practices for implementation.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to ensure finished assets are provided along with their corresponding metadata and working files for future repurpose.
- Proactively troubleshoot and document issues within the DAM system, proposing solutions for improvement and optimization.
- Recommend and assist in the development and deployment of measures to improve work processes.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation related to DAM processes, best practices, and asset usage guidelines.
- Provide training to other DAM users around the process of asset upload, its requirements and best practices.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
- Experience with Bynder DAM or other similar DAM platforms.
- Previous experience in a digital asset management or related role is a plus.
- This role requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
- This role will be reporting to Global Team. Ideal candidate should have excellent command of English.
