Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Belgrade and lead a group of dedicated service technicians.
What You Will Do
Lead and support a team of service technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality field operations
Encourage the use of digital tools (mobile applications, real-time performance dashboards, service tracking systems) to improve productivity and transparency
Act as the first point of contact for technical and operational queries from both technicians and customers
Ensure compliance with KONE processes, safety standards, and local regulations
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and high service quality
Monitor field performance (response times, service quality, customer feedback) and drive continuous improvement
Take ownership of field operation costs and service revenue, including callouts and repair sales
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in team supervision, ideally within field service, technical maintenance, or a similar industry
Solid technical background, preferably in elevators, escalators, or mechanical systems
Strong digital mindset and openness to using mobile tools and performance data
Excellent communication skills in Serbian and English (written & oral)
Customer-focused attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel locally
