As an AI Governance & Program Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping how AI is governed, delivered, and scaled across Arxada. In this global role, you will build and run the operating model that enables AI innovation to move fast while meeting governance, regulatory, and audit expectations. Working across functions and with senior stakeholders, you will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to Arxada’s enterprise AI portfolio—helping turn ideas into trusted, production‑ready solutions that deliver real business value.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead the operation of Arxada’s AI governance framework, ensuring clear lifecycle controls, ownership, and accountability across AI initiatives
• Own and maintain a trusted AI system and agent inventory, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and alignment with governance expectations
• Drive audit readiness by coordinating evidence collection and maintaining clear, structured, and up‑to‑date governance documentation
• Run the weekly AI pipeline operating rhythm, including intake, prioritization, stage progression, action tracking, and escalation
• Lead delivery of selected AI initiatives end‑to‑end, from scope definition through go‑live readiness and handover to operations
• Provide concise, decision‑ready reporting and leadership visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in program operations, PMO, or project management across complex, cross‑functional initiatives
• Experience operating governance, compliance, risk, or audit‑oriented programs; AI experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong ability to translate ambiguity into clear operating models, cadences, and actionable artifacts
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
• Clear, structured written communication skills, including status updates, decision briefs, and evidence packs
