Pay: $15 per hour
Start Date: Beginning of May with positions available throughout the season.
Seasonal: Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:
Taking an active role in daily operations and deployment of event action plans and task lists
Assisting with the organization and execution of all events and activations
Upholding standards for guest satisfaction, communication, brand activation and risk management of events
Managing and maintaining Events equipment and supplies
Maintaining and organizing Events warehouse and storage facilities
Supporting a transparent work environment by sharing information with internal Events team and attending required team meetings and trainings.
Monitoring event & activation information by reviewing, proofing, and reporting any discrepancies or omissions to direct report
Enforcing the Events Mantra of ‘Leave No Trace’ by ensuring all marketing collateral, posters, signage, fence, race tape, trash, etc. are removed promptly at the completion of all events and restored to their storage location appropriately in good working order
Assisting with the set up and breakdown of all Event & Animation activities
Following established action plans and task lists to ensure success of events
Providing input and support through participation in weekly meetings and wrap-ups
Providing additional Activities support when needed
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Driving:
Have a valid Driver’s license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program
Preferred Experience:
Basic computer skills
6 months prior experience in organizing, coordinating, and/or executing group functions, activities, or other events.
