Group Summary:

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Manages and develops global WCM team and coordinates Kaizen events and initiatives. Facilitates problem solving and guides and trains employees on continuous improvement concepts such as TPS, MPS, 5S, lean manufacturing, heijunka principles. Develops and maintains model lines per MAFACT guidelines.
