About the role

The Key Account Manager (KAM) - Food Services is responsible for expanding Flora Food Group presence across the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café/Caterers) channel. This role focuses on driving conversions through active field sales, building and maintaining strong operator relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong commercial mindset, market awareness, and the ability to execute sales strategies that support both short-term revenue and long-term growth.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Acquire new HORECA operators and expand the customer base
• Drive sales conversions through product demos & presentations
• Manage and support operators within your assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with chefs, owners & distributors
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with distributor teams and report sales performance

 What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry in Malaysia. Experience managing distributors is highly preferred.
• Strong HORECA understanding & track record in customer acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Analytical, independent, and customer‑focused
• Willing to travel; distributor experience is a plus
