Role Overview

  • Serve as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure enterprise application stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead requirements management, application support, and system integration activities, with a primary focus on the Veeva Vault ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and GxP standards while delivering business value.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full requirements lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, design, validation, and delivery.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, risk analysis, and dependency management.
  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Drive process standardization and best practices across requirements management and solution delivery.
  • Manage application backlogs and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent English required.

🔹 Technical Expertise

  • Enterprise applications and integrations (APIs, SDKs, middleware).
  • SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar workflow management tools.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, CFR Part 11).
  • Preferred experience with Veeva Vault.
