Mill Logistics Administrator

In this role, you will:

• 1. 成品及物料帳務與繳庫作業

• 依生產完成資訊，執行成品帳務入帳及繳庫作業

• 確保成品及物料數量、批次、庫位等帳務資料正確

• 協助處理成品及物料帳務差異與異常狀況（帳實不符、補帳等）

• 配合倉儲、製造單位確認成品及物料狀態與繳庫時點

• 2. 物料到貨與異常處理

• 追蹤物料交期與到貨狀況

• 協助處理物料延遲、短交或數量／資料異常

• 3. 系統與帳務管理

• 維護 ERP／SAP 系統之物料及庫存相關資料

• 確保系統帳務與實際庫存一致性

• 4. 盤點與查核作業

• 配合執行定期或不定期盤點

• 協助盤點差異分析與改善追蹤

• 5. 跨部門溝通協調

• 與生產、生管、倉儲、品質等單位協調物料相關事宜

• 6.其他

• 主管交辦之其他物料管理相關事項
