Production Planner / Scheduler

We are looking for a Production Planner/Scheduler to join the Production organization at the Hyvinkää Supply Unit (Electrification production). In this role, you will play a key part in balancing demand, capacity, and material availability to ensure efficient, smooth, and on-time production.

You will proactively evaluate capacity, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to achieving business targets across the factory and the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the factory contact point towards ESU MM for order management and communication
• Follow the monthly S&OP plan to ensure visibility of workload for the next 3 months
• Analyze demand and capacity, supporting decision-making for production management
• Release production orders on time and with correct quality
• Maintain planning and scheduling master data (per MS guidelines)
• Participate in change projects impacting planning and scheduling
• Ensure production schedules are ready before purchasing activities
• Manage impacts of material availability issues on plans
• Coordinate major schedule changes related to critical materials
• Contribute to continuous process improvement in planning and scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field
• Several years of experience in production planning or similar roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
• Solid knowledge of SAP and its interaction with MES
• Good skills in basic office tools (MS Office 365)
• Strong data-driven decision-making capability
• Proactive mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI, or similar tools
• Understanding of Lean methodology
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification
• Experience as an SAP key user
