What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to transport aggregate materials within the site
  • Operate front-end loaders to manage stockpiles, handle material flow, and load railcars accurately
  • Operate track mobile equipment to move, position, and stage railcars in support of rail loadout activities
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns
  • Support daily plant and rail loadout operations through various tasks with a strong safety-first focus

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated capability to safely operate haul trucks, loaders, and track mobile equipment
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining situational awareness around rail and mobile equipment
  • Attention to detail to ensure proper material placement and accurate railcar positioning and loading
  • Mechanical awareness with the ability to identify and report basic equipment issues
  • Dependable, team-oriented approach with clear communication skills

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
