[What you will be working on] 

GovTech Consulting Team

The GovTech Consulting Team partners with agencies to modernize legacy systems into scalable, user-centered products—while helping them build strong in-house digital teams. As we guide agencies through transformation, we know success isn’t just technical—it’s organizational and cultural.

We’re looking for a Change and Transformation Lead to drive high-stakes, cross-agency modernization efforts. You’ll embed directly in engagements—working with agency stakeholders to prepare people, teams, and leadership for new ways of working.

 

What You’ll Do

• Partner agency leaders, teams and stakeholders to diagnose, design and execute organizational change strategies for modernization and digital transformation projects

• Partner with product, engineering, and design leads to ensure organisational factors and the human side of change are integrated into project delivery and products

• Facilitate design and implementation of fit-for-purpose indicators, enabling measurement and sustainability of business outcomes and transformation goals

• Facilitate alignment and optimization of agency strategy, policy and operations with technology implementation

• Facilitate capability uplift around agile, product thinking, and user-centric practices

• Develop the GTC Change and Transformation Playbook, including tools, frameworks, and practices for use across engagements

 

[What we are looking for]

• 7+ years leading organizational change, ideally in digital transformation or product-led contexts

• Strong experience applying organization design and development, transformation and change frameworks, and strategy frameworks in dynamic, real-world environments

• Comfortable crafting playbooks and working from first principles—especially when playbooks don’t yet exist

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder alignment skills
