ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about data and eager to make an impact in the People Operations space?
Join our People Analytics team, where you'll turn data into actionable insights that shape our talent strategy and employee experience!
What you’ll do
  • Be the go-to person for People data insights, helping teams make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with HR & Talent teams to enhance processes through data-driven solutions.
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to track key People metrics.
  • Use SQL and data visualization tools to simplify workflows and uncover trends. (Experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus!)
  • Automate internal People processes to enhance efficiency and optimize the department’s operations.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across People systems and reports.
  • Stay curious! Explore new tools and methodologies to take our People Analytics capabilities to the next level.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • 1-3 years experience in similar roles.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. (A Master’s is a plus!)
  • Previous experience in Data Analytics; experience in People Analytics is a plus!
  • A strong analytical mindset, with experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
  • A curious, problem-solving approach—always looking for ways to improve processes and unlock insights.
  • Great communication and storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in English.
