Die Region Teutschenthal bietet ideale geologische Voraussetzungen für die Nutzung unterirdischer Kavernen als Roh- bzw. Grundstoffspeicher. Seit mehr als 40 Jahren wird diese Technologie an unserem Standort erfolgreich eingesetzt.

Für diesen anspruchsvollen Produktionsbereich suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n stellvertretende:n Schichtleiter:in im vollkontinuierlichen 4x12‑Schichtsystem.

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Position zwischen Anlagenbetrieb und Teamführung. Sie stellen einen sicheren, zuverlässigen und effizienten Betrieb unserer Anlagen sicher und entwickeln sich – auf Basis Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation – perspektivisch gezielt in die Rolle des Schichtleiters weiter.

Sie verbinden fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Anlagenbetrieb mit einem klaren Führungsverständnis. Dabei übernehmen Sie Verantwortung, treffen Entscheidungen auch unter Zeitdruck und leisten einen aktiven Beitrag zu einem sicheren, strukturierten und reibungslosen Betriebsablauf.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Führung und Koordination des Schichtteams sowie externer Partner inkl. Prioritätensetzung und klarer Kommunikation.
• Gewährleistung eines sicheren, stabilen und effizienten Anlagenbetriebs (Außenanlage und Leitwarte).
• Übernahme der Koordination im Notfall sowie Durchführung von Trainings im Team.
• Steuerung und Freigabe von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen inclusive Arbeitserlaubnissen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.
• Analyse von Abweichungen im Prozessverlauf und Umsetzung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
• Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams im Schichtalltag durch aktive Förderung von standardisierten, regelkonformen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsabläufen (inkl. Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards).

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant:in oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
• Zusatzqualifikation als Techniker:in oder Meister:in (oder äquivalent)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen im Schichtsystem
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen und technischen Dokumentationssystemen
• Fundiertes technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in Prozessführung und Instandhaltung
• Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
• Erfahrung in der Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen und Schnittstellen

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Qualifikation als Kesselwärter:in
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit MOD5 / Prozessautomatisierungssystemen
