Key Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on open and delayed orders to ensure timely closure
- Monitor and register distributor incidents in the CRM system
- Support forecast analysis and data validation processes
- Perform preventive follow-up on shipments to minimize issues
- Assist in managing tasks and commitments arising from distributor meetings
- Provide operational coverage during team absences
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing credit notes and service issues
