Internship Purpose

Provide support to material planning and logistics activities, ensuring material availability, inventory optimization, and effective coordination between production requirements and customer needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Coordinates and expedites flow of materials between sections or departments

- Inform and react in time if the production plan is in risk at any time (new plan, scaling the item internally…)

- Establish contact with customers to exchange information on the status of orders, delivery times, delivery performance and develop an improvement plan

- Stock controlling/-optimization within the area of responsibility
- Scope of position is defined by relative problem solving and the relation to the overall assignment or project

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree (mandatory)
Must have intermediate level software skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP software skills (preferred)
Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required
Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
Good English language skills (spoken and written)
Eligibility for a professional Internship by Portuguese law
