Proposal Manager

As Proposal Manager of the Development (fundraising) operations team, you will play a critical role that devises strategies to enable the country’s top business and philanthropic leaders to maximize their financial and leadership contributions to tackle the nation’s most complex challenges. You will provide world-class strategic and operational leadership for Stand Together’s complex, large opportunities ($500k+) with sales stage discipline. 

You’ll collaborate closely with Partnership Advisors, Partnership Success Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure that large, multifaceted deals move through shared vision opportunity stages. Your work will directly enable our partners to lead clear ask plans and proposals, accelerating pledges and fulfillment.
