岗位要求
- 有经市场验证、表现优异的海内外股票或期货量化策略，具备3年以上实盘经验
- 国内外知名高校本科及以上学历，有扎实的数理统计基础，熟悉量化交易各个环节
- 对量化充满热情，善于钻研，能够独立推动项目落地并对结果负责
- 抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
- 具有团队管理经验优先
