🎯 What You'll Do:
Manage online referrals with prompt response times
Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling (3-12 sessions)
Connect with diverse clients facing varied workplace and personal challenges
Maintain comprehensive case documentation and feedback
Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
📋Essential Requirements:
Accreditation: IACP, PSI, ICP, APCP, IAHIP or equivalent
Alternative: Diploma-level qualification + 3 years post-qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
Approach: Experience in short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models
Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum €1,000,000)
🎓 Ideal Experience:
Previous EAP experience highly desirable but not essential
Assessment and support planning expertise
Short-term counselling interventions with workplace focus
Understanding of organizational dynamics and work-life challenges
Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways
IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, online systems)
