Role: Senior Art Director – Conceptual Integrated Designer (12-Months FTC)

Join our dynamic and innovative in-house creative agency, working with our client. Our team is dedicated to crafting engaging and persuasive content that resonates with audiences across both social and digital platforms. We collaborate with diverse departments to ensure our campaigns amplify our brand voice and presence. As a Conceptual Art Director for Integrated Design, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative concepts and optimising content for various platforms, all while working in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
As the Senior Art Director for Integrated Design, you’ll work closely with the local and regional client, manage your own work on the day-to-day running of local campaigns, working within specified timeframes and budgets. The right candidate will also have the ability to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables are met by self-QC.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualise campaigns, roll out design and adaptation to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion, including OOH, digital, in-store, print, and social.
- Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts when appropriate.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Work with in house automation tools to set up large volume campaigns for production.
- Produce high volume campaigns across all moving image channels.
- Utilising After Affects to manually build bespoke requests for local markets.
- Have a strong knowledge of the brand guidelines to act as a brand guardian.
- Communicate and present projects & campaigns effectively to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs as needed.
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation.
- Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output.
- Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, AI, research industry developments in branding, automation and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence.
