Position Overview 

The Financial Analyst – Mexico will support the end-to-end financial management of SharkNinja’s Mexico commercial business. Reporting to the Finance Manager, Mexico, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to deliver financial insight across forecasting, performance management, and profitability analysis. 

This role plays a critical part in translating financial results into actionable insights for the Mexico commercial organization, while also supporting alignment with regional and global finance teams. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to operate effectively across local and global stakeholders. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Commercial Finance & Business Support 

  • Partner with Mexico Sales and Commercial teams to support revenue, margin, pricing, and promotional performance. 
  • Provide financial analysis to support commercial initiatives, pricing actions, and investment decisions. 
  • Help commercial teams understand performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. 

Forecasting & Performance Management 

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Mexico business. 
  • Analyze performance versus plan, forecast, and prior year, highlighting key variances and trends. 
  • Assist in building confidence in forecasts through clear, data-driven insight. 

Financial Analysis & Reporting 

  • Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, pricing decisions, and growth initiatives. 
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and performance summaries for local and regional stakeholders. 
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports and systems. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to understand cost drivers, inventory impacts, and working capital trends. 
  • Support operating expense tracking and variance analysis. 
  • Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special projects tied to business growth and market expansion. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance. 
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Fluency or working proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese, particularly for collaboration with regional LATAM stakeholders.
