THE JOB:
As an Assistant Manager at Ginger (our Pan Asian restaurant), you won't just be running daily operations — you'll be leading from the front, shaping every guest interaction and inspiring our front-of-house team to deliver truly exceptional experiences. Your energy, leadership, and warm welcome will be the first impression our guests remember — and the reason they return. By connecting with each guest’s unique story, you’ll help turn ordinary visits into WOW moments.

THE SCHEDULE: 7:00 PM - 4:00AM

Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage.

• Supervise dining room service during operational hours.

• Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records.

• Collaborate with the Chef regarding food service and menu plans.

• Maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs.

• Order supplies and manage inventory effectively.

• Inspect food quality and freshness from support departments.

• Directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• At least 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

• Prior Food and Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred.

• Prior experience leading daily operations within a Pan Asian style type of restaurant preferred.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$46,000.00 - $63,200.00

This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
