Senior Regulatory Product Manager

With this position we offer

Join the Fintech Product organization, building and managing AI solutions for the market leading RegTech solution, AxiomSL.

Role Responsibilities -

As an AI Product Manager, along with other AI product managers, you will focus on crafting and delivering AI solutions roadmap for AxiomSL plaform. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

• Define and own the AI product vision and roadmap for the AxiomSL solution.
• Prioritize AI/ML use cases.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Regulatory SMEs to deploy AI models.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including writing PRDs and user stories.
• Track AI feature performance using KPIs like model accuracy and user adoption.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

Primary Skills:

• Experience Level: 5 to 8 years
• B2B Product Management experience for AI/Data-heavy products.
• Very good understanding of AI capabilities (NLP, anomaly detection) and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to translate global regulatory mandates into AI-driven features.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.

Soft Skills:

• Analytical problem-solver adept at navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder alignment.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.

It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)

• Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (Basel III, CCAR) and financial data.
• Prior background in the FinTech, RegTech, or banking sectors.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum processes across distributed global teams.
