What You’ll Do:

Customer Experience Champion

• Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
• Listen to their concerns and clearly communicate service needs
• Build trust and long-term relationships through honest, transparent communication

 

Service Coordination Pro

• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
• Translate customer concerns into actionable repair orders
• Recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history

 

Estimate & Approval Expert

• Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Clearly explain costs and get customer approval before work begins

 

Workflow Manager

• Create and manage repair orders
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
• Keep customers informed throughout the process

 

Customer Satisfaction Advocate

• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction
• Address concerns with professionalism and care
• Go the extra mile to exceed expectations

 

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs
• Proficiency with service software and computer systems
• A customer-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent (automotive certifications a plus)
