About the role: 

As a Consultant Lead, Professional Services, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions though software implementation in the Asset Finance industry.    

What you will be doing: 

• Researching client needs, analysing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications.

• Serving as a liaison between end users and consultants during consulting projects, define and lead scoping and workshopping activities and own implementation solutions and project artifact documentation.

• Defining product scope, objectives and requirements, defines specifications and data models for product development and testing

• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.  

• Configuration of systems to meet agreed User Requirements.

• Consults directly with clients and may travel to client site

• Stakeholder management throughout the software delivery lifecycle though engagement with the development team, project manager, solution architects and Senior organisation leaders

What you will need:   

• Sound experience in a Functional or Technical Consulting role within the Financial Services industry

• Experience with implementing solutions, sound understanding of SQL and API integration and data mapping

• Proficiency in business modelling and requirements definition from both a Waterfall and Agile perspective.

• A degree in computer science, information systems or Banking experience.

• A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a Consulting or Business Analyst role, banking or asset finance domain experience and a solid understanding of the lending lifecycle

• ·Strong preference for clients with a sound understanding within the asset or auto financing industry.
