Job Description

The Demand team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to focus on a brand new offering: Meal Cards. This is a 0-1 opportunity, in which you’ll have the ability to build a new product offering from the ground up. You will collaborate with partners in finance, business and technology to fully define the offering including financial model, customer service, and GTM strategy.  

What You'll Do:

  • Set Strategy: You’ll define the offering and align on the best way to organize the offering, including 3rd party fintech partnerships.  
  • Build & Lead: You will define the MVP offering and work with engineering partners to quickly bring that solution to market while adhering to regulatory requirements. 
  • Collaborate: You will work with research, design, UX, and analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions. Work with FP&A and business partners to define financial targets and the measurement and reporting capabilities for them. 
  • Organize & Prioritize: Own the success of the offering by ruthlessly prioritizing the scope for our first launch, and identifying the fast-follow opportunities.  
  • Communicate Effectively: You have experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder. 

What You Have:

  • Product leadership: You have 10+ years of product experience leading roadmap development and experience in successful 0-1 product launches. 
  • Technical know how:  You have experience integrating with third party applications via API integrations.  Experience in Fintech and/or Payments is required. 
  • Autonomous and Fast: You love setting audacious goals and are fully comfortable directing your own way to get there. You commit to a schedule and stick to it. 
  • Agile & flexible: You manage risk but aren’t afraid to iterate. You ideally are familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces. You have an excellent track record providing a positive customer experience, as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks.
  • A creative problem solver: After developing a deep understanding of our customers and our partners, you’ll help identify risks & uncover opportunities that will help us soar.
  • Data driven: You work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives.  You will use data to inform roadmap & prioritization decisions as well as identify pivots that should be made. 

The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $206,000–$276,000 annually.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
