WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager to own and scale Nike’s Freight Audit & Pay capability, a mission-critical platform enabling Freight invoice validation & cost accuracy, Carrier settlement and payment processing and Financial and operational visibility across the supply chain
As a Lead Product Manager working in the Supply Chain Planning technology team, you will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Finance, and Global Transportation Operations, driving the Freight Audit & Pay (FAP) platform at scale.
You will partner closely with:
Engineering teams building FAP and financial integration systems
Global & Geo Transportation Operations teams managing carrier execution and settlements
Finance (AP/Controllership) teams governing invoice accuracy, accrals, and compliance
Platform Product, Architecture, and Data teams shaping the broader supply chain ecosystem
You will act as the single point owner for Freight Audit & Pay products, aligning business priorities with technology strategy and execution.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
8–12 years of experience in Product Management and at least 3+ years as a owning products for Supply Chain domains
Strong supply chain depth (transportation, Freight audit, logistics, or planning)
Experience working in global, cross-functional environments
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product direction
Data-driven mindset with focus on business outcomes and value
Clear and crisp communication adapted to technical and business audiences
Nice to have (not mandatory):
Exposure to Freight Audit & Pay, Transport Management domains
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Lead Product Manager you will bring in:
1. Freight Audit Domain Expertise
Drive capabilities across freight audit, invoice validation, accruals, exceptions and payments
Ensure strong integration with TMS, ERP, and financial systems
Identify opportunities to improve cost control, accuracy, and cycle times
Partner with operations and finance to align on outcomes, policies, and compliance
2. Product Excellence
Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery
Translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities
Manage backlog, prioritization, and execution with engineering teams
Drive PI planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking
Track value, adoption, and business impact, and continuously evolve the roadmap
