About the role

- Travel to Chattanooga, TN is expected approximately 2 - 3 times a year.
- Preference will be given to candidates within a 2 - 3 hour driving range of Chattanooga, TN.
- While this is a remote, work from home position, the final round of interviews will take place onsite in our Chattanooga, TN office.
Job Responsibilities
- Be an enterprise evangelist of agile ceremonies, practices and values.
- Understand and champion the scope of Agile transformations and participate in standardization of Agile processes and best practices in the enterprise.
- Articulate and convey the purpose of Agile Practices (i.e. answer the question “why do we do it this way”) and provide maturity assessments.
- Coach teams and programs in providing business value through effective Agile product management and delivery.
- Provide role-based coaching on Agile ceremonies, practices, values, and role responsibilities.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
Experience
- 5 years - Experience in IT
- 2 years - Agile Coaching experience required.
Skills\Certifications
- One or more Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe)
- Demonstrated presentation and team facilitation skills
- Exceptional writing and editorial skills
