Responsibilities:

  • Act as point of contact to the Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage independently multiple international transactions of high level of complexity and dependencies.

  • Develop portfolio strategies within required region.

  • Coordinate, execute and monitor all steps surrounding a transaction (completion of project initiation forms, delivery of market surveys, site tours, RFI/RFPs, LOI, building evaluation matrixes, lease execution and transaction closeout).

  • Conduct negotiations (either as primary negotiator or, in support of local brokers) as per clearly defined negotiation strategy.

  • Proactive management of lease events (breaks and expiries).

  • Prepare, review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including cash flow projections, NPV, P&L to determine the financial impact of transaction scenarios.

  • Manage client communication independently, exposure to global leadership.

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of corporate real estate experience in managing transactions and/or strategy.

  • Strong written and spoken English (Polish and other European language is a plus).

  • Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power Point).

  • A person with "can do" approach, strategic thinking and a creative mind-set.

  • Strong relationship skills. High written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and with tight deadlines.

  • High level of personal credibility, customer relationship, networking and interpersonal skills.
