About the role
The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) PM Oversight Team has the unique role of performing oversight of Citi’s Strategic Portfolio.
The CPMC PM Oversight review process goes deeper than other PM Governance processes. It focuses on end-to-end execution and risk to delivery. A part of the oversight function will now encompass the Quality Control Review process. The Quality Control Review process focuses on review and challenge of committed outcomes for in-scope work efforts and is focused on driving improved desired outcomes. The Quality Control Reviewer, under this process, assists Sponsors in determining whether the committed outcome of work efforts is well-defined and on-track. Review results are shared with the Sponsor to be considered for incorporation.
The Quality Control Review Oversight Analyst is responsible for the centralized governance, reporting, and maintenance of this process including MCA controls. This role works with a wide range of stakeholders within CPMC as well as with the Organization PMO teams to ensure strict adherence to established processes while simultaneously driving initiatives to achieve the highest quality outcomes from the reviews.
This role is an excellent opportunity for PM Governance professionals to deepen skills with Citi’s Book of Work. PM Execution professionals can be afforded the ability to see another side of Project Management, to use honed skills to assess and guide compliance with PM best practice and Citi’s enterprise standards and policies. The candidate should have a passion for Project Management and problem solving. Additionally, the candidate must be a self-starter, energetic, creative, and eager to display lots of ownership.
