At VML, we are looking for an Account Supervisor to play a key role within our Montreal team. Reporting to the Account Director, you stand out for your leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage large-scale projects in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. 

You will work on a major international account with a diverse portfolio of brands, handling a wide range of assignments including adaptations, original creative work, launches, and content production. As a strategic partner, you will actively contribute to the growth of the account, the quality of deliverables, and the strengthening of client relationships. 

Your role 

At the heart of operations, you will lead integrated campaigns and complex projects while ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and client partners. You will act as a leader within the team and help maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and performance. 

Your responsibilities 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale campaigns and projects 
  • Manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously, including budgets and timelines 
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and production teams 
  • Optimize and evolve internal processes to maximize operational efficiency and profitability 
  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, including interactions with senior stakeholders 
  • Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to clients 
  • Demonstrate motivating leadership and contribute to the development of team members’ skills 
  • Work closely with Account Directors in supporting and advancing team talent 
  • Ensure proactive communication with internal teams to anticipate challenges and guarantee smooth execution 

Profile sought 

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant agency experience in account management 
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and large-scale projects 
  • Excellent understanding of digital and production processes (video, print, social, web) 
  • Experience mentoring or supervising more junior team members 
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing principles and large-scale campaigns (an asset) 
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skills
