Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
- Translate business needs into effective technical specifications using best practices in visualization and user experience.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and other databases.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and key stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Implement Power BI features such as row-level security (RLS), data modelling, DAX measures, and KPIs.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal BI solution performance.
- Schedule and manage Power BI report refresh cycles and maintain Power BI workspaces.
- Stay updated with latest advancements in Power BI, SQL technologies, and industry BI trends.
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Key Expectations
- Strong expertise in Power BI development, DAX, data modelling, and visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and data handling.
- Ability to handle complex data scenarios and deliver high-quality dashboards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
