Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements.
Translate business needs into effective technical specifications using best practices in visualization and user experience.
Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and other databases.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and key stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Implement Power BI features such as row-level security (RLS), data modelling, DAX measures, and KPIs.
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal BI solution performance.
Schedule and manage Power BI report refresh cycles and maintain Power BI workspaces.
Stay updated with latest advancements in Power BI, SQL technologies, and industry BI trends.
Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Key Expectations

Strong expertise in Power BI development, DAX, data modelling, and visualization best practices.
Proficiency in SQL querying and data handling.
Ability to handle complex data scenarios and deliver high-quality dashboards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
