About the role and what you'll be doing:
As the VP, Enterprise New Logo Sales, you will lead Ensono’s enterprise sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence specific to Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance space. You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, drive large-scale transformation deals, and deliver sustained revenue growth across our hybrid IT portfolio. This is a highly visible role, ideal for a proven sales leader with deep experience in complex enterprise sales cycles, particularly in mainframe and hybrid IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive new logo acquisition strategy targeting enterprise clients across key verticals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class enterprise sales team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle for large, complex transformation deals—including prospecting, solution development, proposal generation, and contract negotiation.
- Establish and nurture executive relationships with C-level business and technology leaders, positioning Ensono as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.
- Own and deliver on sales targets for new logo bookings, revenue, and gross margin, with full accountability for pipeline development and forecasting.
- Lead and participate in high-stakes deal pursuits, including pricing, contracting, and executive presentations.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market strategies and product development.
- Champion Ensono’s value proposition, articulating the business impact of mainframe and hybrid IT solutions to enterprise clients.
- Ensure operational excellence in sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience in IT services within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance space, with a track record of winning new logos and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation solutions and the complexities attributed to financial organizations.
